Fia is a London-based recording engineer, mixer and producer. Her work is artist-centred; rooted in attentive listening, collaboration and an understanding that every project requires its own pace and process. She is drawn to music that values feeling and detail, and works closely with artists across UK jazz, soul, r&b, neo-classical, electronic, indie folk and post-punk.

Clients include Women In Jazz, Basement Jaxx, Pa Salieu, Kokoroko, Blue Lab Beats, Emma-Jean Thackray, Kelsey Lu, Amahla, Marla Kether, Yazz Ahmed, Plumm, And Is Phi, Madeleine, Colectiva, Hanakiv, Rebekah Reid, Ny Oh, Neev, Elsa, BBC Sounds & SKY and many others.​
Fia began as a runner at Strongroom Studios in Shoreditch, gaining invaluable experience working amongst some of the most knowledgeable and creative engineers and producers in the industry. As an assistant she has worked with Mark Ronson, Jorja Smith, Pussycat Dolls, Miles Kane, The National and more.

In 2019 she began working at Red Bull Music Studios in Covent Garden, where she engineered as well as running educational engineering workshops for Normal Not Novelty. She has worked regularly at other well-known studios such as Urchin, Metropolis, The Premisis, Snap and more, as well as at virtual instrument company Spitfire Audio as a sample developer.​
